No, it’s not really supposed to make you uncomfortable. It’s something I personally am struggling with- my own feelings of inadequacy. Or at least I hope that’s what it is. Many polyamorous people say they feel compersion, or pure joy, from seeing their partners so happy with others. Maybe I’m just too new? I want my husband to have that chance at happiness, as I had it with Marc, and I know it only made me love Avery more. Somehow the reverse seems different to me though, as I see how in love he is already, a feeling I never TRULY had. So it’s tough. But I hope I get there.
